We have a zero refunds and returns policy, which means you need to be sure before placing your order. Since our products are made to order, we can keep our prices as low as possible by having lower overhead. Unfortunately, that also means we are not able to offer any sort of returns

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
